A £25 deposit will be taken at the time of booking over the phone. This is done securely with a one-off credit card payment. The £25 will be taken off from the overall cost of your initial visit. The £25 is only refundable if you cancel / rescheduling by giving the clinic at least 24 hour's notice- this is to ensure your commitment to attending the appointment.*
