Once we are in receipt of your form, our reception team will contact you to book your FREE initial telephone consultation with the dentist
If our dentist thinks he can help you, you will be invited for your FREE face-to-face consultation
We will take a REFUNDABLE £50 deposit to secure your consultation slot at the clinic
This £50 is FULLY REFUNDABLE at the end of the session should you decide you would like no further treatment
Please give the clinic at least 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule in order to keep your deposit

If you are happy after the video call with our dentist and our dentist thinks he may be able to help you, you will be invited to have your FREE initial consultation at our clinic. This will be a 45-60 minutes appointment. The usual cost for such an appointment is £100. So that we can offer this free consultation to patients in need, our reception team will take a one-off secure deposit of £50 over the phone. This £50 is fully refundable at the end of your free consultation should you decide not to have treatment with our clinic.
